We are pleased to inform You that we decided to create and put on market LexcomCoiny. It is our company token (similar to market stocks, form of shares) related to our firm and with further development it will grow in value.

Deciding to conduct an online store we have to expect certain choices. Although such trade is much more effective than traditional sales in flat-store, an online store, to work well, needs also in the initial start-up phase, several expenses.

First of all we will need the appropriate software to run the online store. Nowadays You can’t think of the online store but of the certain type of page with goods to offer which needs special software, dedicated for sale. There are currently a dozen types on the market, they differ in the price level or safety, as well as additional options in sales management. There are also free programs available.

What is the new standard for building websites and online stores widely known as Responsive Web Design? Saying in nutshell it’s web development "under" the latest technology in computing and telecommunications, such as mobile devices. This trend has grown up in recent years as a result of changes in our thinking about the network. Mainly it’s related with the fact that for a long time use of the Internet has ceased to be the domain of the desktop.

There was a time in the evolve of computers that the screen size was gradually increased. Therefore there was also greater flexibility in the resolution, the width and other visual features of the designed websites. Pages built for large monitors - not foreseen even then, that soon will return smaller resolution of 800 × 600, 640 × 480 and 320 × 240. This was due to the fashion for cell phones with access to the network and all the netbooks and tablets. Policy of creating pages had to be slightly changed.

What are SSL certificates and why their proper use from the point of view of leading website is so important? To answer this question, we must first go back to the history of computing and the Internet. Communication protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and its modern successor, TLS (Transport Layer Security), were designed (originally by Netscape Communications) to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of data. In practice, this involves server authentication based on data encryption and digital certificates.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is simply speaking manipulating their content and the dissemination of information about them on the Internet that the page will stay for a long time at high places (usually is taken into account the top ten results or the first page of results) on the lists of search engines generated after typing in a search engine key words associated with the content of the page (in general profile of some company). Positioning today is basically mandatory for every kind of business - without it the existence of the website does not make sense, unless our industry is very niche or we do not want to over-publicize and co-operate with a closed group of partners. In most cases, however, web page and especially online store, require careful positioning, which is not a single procedure, but rather a constant care over the position in the search engines. You have to remember that the higher the competition, the more effort you put in effectively positioning.

New Telecommunications Legislation on cookie files (so-called cookies) is effective in Poland since March 2013. What the new act has changed is, primarily, the fact that all visitors to an online store or any other website that uses cookies need to be explicitly informed about the changes in the privacy policy. In practice this generally consists in the fact that every website visitor needs to be informed about the presence of cookies on the pages of the very website. From the moment of receiving this information each of their decisions (including omissions, that is, failure to change default browser settings allowing to process cookies) might be understood as a deliberate choice. Detailed provisions are included in Articles 173, 174 and 209 of the amended Telecommunications Act (Journal of Laws of December 21st 2012, item 1445).

Keeping a nationwide personal data set register and providing information about such registered sets is one of the basic tasks of the General Personal Data Inspection Officer (GIODO) provided for with the act (art. 12, item 3). In practice, GIODO accepts personal information database submissions for registration, examines the sent applications in terms of their compliance with the statutory requirements and, if they are observed, adds a given set to the Nationwide personal data set register. The register kept by GIODO is public. This means that it is made publicly available - for instance, via e-GIODO electronic platform which allows to search database for various criteria.
